Our Services
We provide a systematic review of your facility’s physical security features in which we will identify potential vulnerabilities. We evaluate threats and recommend effective countermeasures including threat assessments, adversary scenario development, adversary mission analysis, and table-top exercises. By inventorying assets that need to be protected and documenting the spectrum of viable threats, we can help you develop a new security plan or update an existing strategy.
You will be able to determine the state of your site’s security through our physical examination of the premises, operational systems, and procedures. Our survey team will locate potential vulnerabilities and establish the degree of protection required. We also provide recommendations for establishing a comprehensive security program and will work with you to implement the plan, if needed.
You can identify the security risks at your organization and develop a course of training to correct identified threats or exposures by running our “red” or adversary team scenarios. Table-top analysis and full scenario exercises can be developed and executed.
